We want you to feel confident and cared for when you shop with Gentle & Quiet.

Returns

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwritten in, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@gentlenquiet.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items, all digital study journals are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
