Shipping & Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Digital Products

Digital study journals are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

Delays & Issues

Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control. If your order appears delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gentlenquiet.com, and we will be happy to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gentle & Quiet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
